Country Cove Christmas Tree Farm
This past weekend we went Christmas tree hunting with the Morris's.
Lexi hauled around various sticks and stood on as many tree stumps as she could find.
Logan chilled out in his stroller.
BFFs.
I am threatening to put this on our Christmas card. It pretty much sums my family up. :)
Eric doing his best lumberjack impression.
And my favorite photo - Daddy and his helper dragging the tree to the truck.
Stay tuned for tree trimming photos!

Thanksgiving 2011
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Knoxville with Eric's mom! Soo much food and family packed into one day just has to be good!
Breakfast is, I think, Lexi's favorite part of the day.
She found her Nonna's holly bush outside and spent quite a while picking the berries and collecting them in a small jar.
Momma spent the majority of the day cooking, with a little TV time thrown in there too. :)
The photo below is a perfect summary of our day. A photo of each hour for Thanksgiving day.
1. cereal, 2. dinner list (with lexi's drawings), 3. nap time, 4. veggie prep, 5. cranberry sauce in the making, 6. washing the truck, 7. table is set, 8. turkey's in the oven, 9. rest, 10. blocks, 11. dinnertime, 12. dirty dishes
We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
