She loves Stella

On a walk with Stella

Last week we want on a walk with Stella. Alexis has been holding Stella's leash whenever we go and does a really good job of it. Of course it helps that Stella is an amazingly patient dog and never pulls the leash.



On this particular walk Lexi decided she was tired of holding Stella's leash and wanted to hold my hand instead.

Stella didn't seem to mind and walked herself the rest of the way home.

Best Friends

18 months

My little girl is a year and a half old! The time has absolutely flown by and she is growing up in front of me.





She has such pretty curls.



And she just loves Stella! Here she is trying to give Stella a hug.



I can't wait to see what she's like in 6 months!

Feverish

The poor baby was home sick most of last week. This was taken on Wednesday when she had the highest fever.

Also, the "ooo!" sound she makes? That is her animal noise. She makes to animals in general and Stella in particular. She loves that dog.

Last week the weather was b-e-a-utiful! Lexi and I went outside to sit in the grass one afternoon.





Stella was very happy about the nice weather and ran around giving everyone kisses.

Snow!

This weekend brought Middle, TN a bit of snow. Now, we don't get much snow here at all so a couple of inches is a big deal!

Here is Stella on the back porch.



We bundled up Lexi and took her out to experience her first snow.

She was not to impressed by it.

After Eric took Lexi back inside to warm up, I stayed out and tried to take some snowflake shots.

This was the best of the bunch and I really like how it turned out.
