I helped shoot a wedding this past Saturday and this is one of the shots I got. I love the was the groom is holding on to the bride.

I took this just after dark the other night. I like how the colors fade together.
The single line of light is from a street lamp and the others are from a lighted umbrella in my neighbor's yard.

Weekly Words Challenge 2009
We went to fancy dinner with some of Eric's family last week. He grew up in Knoxville, TN and his family still lives there. Needless to say, most of them are huge Tennessee Volunteers fans.
O is for Big Orange - the Vols signature color
South is for the "Pride of the Southland" - the name of UT's marching band.

Brayden and Nolan are the nephews of our neighbors. We spent the Fourth over there for a cookout and watched them play about in the rain.

This Side by Nickel Creek is one of my all-time favorites.
This photo my seem to have nothing to do with the song, but I was listening to it when I shot this and titled the photo This Side as well.
One day you'll see her and you'll know what I mean.
Take her or leave her she will still be the same.

It's foreign on this side,

Lean & 3

Since I am not so lean anymore, this shot is of me leaning on the crib. We still have no mattress yet, but I wanted to show the crib in more detail.
Also, I have 3 months to go. That's right - if Baby comes on time, we have a little over 12 weeks left. Scary, huh?
